Introduction

Welcome to descon.ai! Setting up your account is the first step toward streamlining your design and project management workflow. This guide walks you through the signup process, email verification, and troubleshooting common issues.

1. How to Sign Up for descon.ai

You can create an account on descon.ai in two ways:

Method 1: Signing Up from the Website
  1. Go to descon.ai.

  2. Click on Launch App to open the login page.

  3. Select Create Account.

  4. Enter your organization email ID and provide basic details (Name, Email, Password).

  5. Complete the signup and verify your email (see Verification & Activation below).

Method 2: Accepting an Invitation from Your Admin
  1. If your admin has invited you, check your email for an invitation link from descon.ai.

  2. Click the link, which will direct you to the signup page.

  3. Add your additional details and set a password to finish signing up.

📌 Note: Every account is linked to an organization. You can’t create an individual account separate from an organization. Admins control user access and roles.

2. Verifying & Activating Your Account

After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email from descon.ai. To activate your account:

  1. Open the email and click the verification link

  2. Log in to your account using your credentials.

Didn’t Receive the Email?

Check your Spam or Junk folder.
Ensure that your email provider isn’t blocking emails from descon.ai.
Still not received? Contact [email protected].

3. Resetting Your Password

If you forget your password at any point:

  1. Go to the descon.ai login page.

  2. Click Forgot Password?

  3. Enter your registered email.

  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the instructions.
